Important Fall 2022 Sports Information
Registration- Fall 2022 sports registration is open. All student athletes must be registered to participate during the first day of practice/tryouts. Registration closes on 8/17/2022 at 11:59pm
Physicals- Student athletes are required to have a valid physical on file with the school nurse to participate during the first day of practice/tryouts.
User Fees- Must be paid prior to the first game/contest. User fees can be paid online, or by check made out to Cohasset High School. User fee waivers are available.

Fall 2020 Covid-19 Safety Standards
NOTE- These Safety Standards are in addition to the existing Cohasset Public Schools protocols and procedures.
Fall Sport Offerings and Risk Categories
Massachusetts has specifically classified high school sports under three levels of risk:
• Lower Risk
• Sports or activities that can be done with social distancing and no physical contact
• Sports or activities that can be done individually
• CHS fall sports currently in the lower risk category- Golf and Cross Country
• Moderate Risk
• Sports or activities that involve intermittent close proximity or limited, incidental physical contact between participants
• CHS fall sports currently in the moderate risk category- Field Hockey, Soccer
• Higher Risk
• Sports or activities for which there is a requirement or a substantial lik
